This BA set is for the Anne Street Garden Villas designed by Anna O Gorman.
With just the floor plans and images of the site, I completed a full BA set for the building, demonstrating adherence to local town planning codes and BCA legislation. The ground-floor apartment was to be AS1428.1 compliant.
The selection of appropriate construction and finishes was also a major consideration in this assessment.
